This is "only" the first edition of the book. The second edition is in the bookstores now. While reading the e-text one should keep in mind that although it was published in 2005 the author’s perspective is from 2004. This is 2 years ago. With the rapid advancement of the internet and its trends some of the facts are probably “really old”. But still I think it is a good way to start researches on the internet and to improve understanding of it. Thanks for the link!

You are absolutely right concerning these two editions. Btw, quite often, and especially with regard to blogs, Germany is about two years behind the U.S. The general statements and considerations of the this book, however, should be still true and valuable. It's a revolution. And for free...
